1. Organizer

The organizer of the contest is Holipets Sàrl, with headquarters in Cottens (Switzerland), operating:

• the Holipets studio and boutique in Servion,
• the online shop holipets.shop with delivery throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

2. Duration

The contest takes place during the Geneva Dog Show at Palexpo from 3 to 5 October 2025.
Entries may be submitted until 8 October 2025 (11:59 p.m. CET).
Winners will be announced by 10 October 2025.

3. Participants

1. The contest is open to any individual who is:
   • of legal age (18 years or older),
   • residing in Switzerland.
2. Participation is voluntary.
3. Employees of the Organizer and their close relatives are excluded.

4. Participation Rules

Contest 1 (no purchase required):

• Take a creative photo with a Holipets product (e.g. at the booth or with your pet).
• Publish it publicly on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #holipetsshop and tag @shopatholipets (if the post is not public, the Organizer may not be able to find it).

Contest 2 (with purchase):

• Buy a product at the Holipets booth.
• Take a creative photo with the purchased product.
• Publish it publicly on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #holipetsshop and tag @shopatholipets (same remark as above).
• Keep your proof of purchase or payment: upon request, you must send it for validation.

5. Selection of Winners

Winners will be selected by an internal jury of the Organizer, based on the creativity of entries. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

6. Prizes

Contest 1:

• 1× Voucher (CHF 150) for a photo session with Doglight Photographie Animalière,
• 1× Biothane leash (CHF 30–80, model to be chosen among available stock),
• 1× Fun Dog Run ticket (CHF 32),
• 3× Set: Totobi anti-tick spray + Rogy treat,
• 3× -50% discount code for Holipets online shop,
• -30% discount for all participants for our online shop purchases.

Contest 2:

• 1× Voucher (CHF 150) for a photo session with Doglight Photographie Animalière,
• 5× Holipets SPA package (CHF 130 each),
• 8× Totobi product basket (approx. CHF 150 each),
• 1× CaniRise voucher CHF 100 (grooming, handling, training, dog care),
• 5× Set: Totobi dry shampoo + Rogy treat,
• 10× -50% discount code for Holipets online shop,
• -30% discount for all participants for our online shop purchases.

Notes:

• Each prize has a value not exceeding CHF 150. Prizes may be exchanged for another available prize if the winner declines the awarded one. No cash equivalent will be provided. Discount codes are valid for one-time use only.

7. Prize Delivery

1. Winners will be notified by 10 October 2025 via private message on the social network used for participation.
2. The winner has 3 days to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide the necessary information for its delivery.
3. Material prizes can be collected:
   • at the Holipets studio and boutique in Servion,
   • at the Aigle warehouse (by prior appointment),
   • or sent by post/courier within Switzerland (shipment within 7 business days or as agreed).
4. Non-material prizes (discount codes, vouchers) will be delivered online via private message or e-mail.

8. Liability

The Organizer is not liable for incorrect contact details or for technical issues with Facebook/Instagram.

9. Personal Data

Participants’ data will be used solely for the purpose of organizing the contest and awarding prizes. Data controller: Holipets Sàrl, Cottens.

10. Final Provisions

• The full rules are available at the Holipets booth at the Geneva Dog Show and on holipets.shop.
• This contest is not sponsored, managed, or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, Palexpo SA, or the International Dog Show of Geneva (Geneva Dog Show).
• Swiss law applies.

11. Complaints

Participants may submit complaints regarding the contest to hello@holipets.shop or by mail to Holipets Sàrl, Cottens, within 7 days after the winners are announced. The Organizer will respond within 14 business days. The decision is final.
